As an Insurance Agent for 20+ years, I find working with Medicare Beneficiaries to be a rewarding experience. Medicare is not a user-friendly system and is often very confusing to new members. Therefore, helping a person navigate through this process makes them less anxious and more relaxed when it comes time to decide which plan meets their needs the best. This is why I would rather meet at their home. It's an environment they are comfortable with and that makes educating them on how the process works more beneficial to them.
